ACTION

This is an appeal from an order granting Morrell Employees Federal Credit Union (Morrell), plaintiff-appellee herein, summary judgment against Jon Mehlhaff (Mehl-haff), defendant-appellant herein, in a breach of contract action. Both parties moved the trial court for summary judgment. We reverse with instructions to enter summary judgment for Mehlhaff.
