This matter involve the appeal of a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohh. The facts which gave rise to this action, and to this appea, are as follows.

The appellants in this case are former students of the Ohio University School of Arehitedure in Athens, Ohio, who attended the university for tht purpose of receiving an accredited degree in architecture. However,, in April of 1969, the School of Architecture lost its accreditation.
