LYBROOK, Judge.

Defendant-appellant James L. Shahan (Shahan) brings this appeal from an action initiated by plaintiff s-appellees, James Frederick and Dulcie Lou Brinegar (Brine-gar) for breach of the lease and contract entered into by the parties on December 7, 1973.

The lease involved the five-year rental of a building at 710 North College Avenue, Bloomington, known as the Still, for payment of $500 per month.
