¶1 Gregorio Paredez entered a Sen^ . plea 1 to one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemean- or, reserving the right to appeal the distinct court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence he claims was obtained as a result of an unlawful search.
