The complainants, Eobert N. Keely and George Pfeiffer, Jr., .holders of eighty shares of stock of the Farmers Telephone Com*521panj7, filed their bill of complaint on behalf of themselves and all other stockholders of that company who were desirous of joining hi the suit as parties complainants.
