I,The Perry County Circuit Court terminated the parental rights of appellants, Angela Burnett and Quinton Harris, to their two minor children, D.H.l and D.H.2, aged four and six years at the time of termination. The parents have filed separate appeals. Burnett argues that the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide her reasonable accommodations as an alcoholic; that DHS did not prove the likelihood of adoption for her children; and that there was insufficient evidence to show that termination was…
