This appeal has been transferred to this court by the Superior Court 641 A.2d 1228. We must dismiss this appeal sua sponte for lack of jurisdiction.

The petitioner had appealed to the Superi- or Court from denial of post conviction relief by the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. However, the issue the petitioner raised on appeal concerns the question of whether the Department of Corrections had properly calculated his time credits.
