This is an appeal presented by the receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Ralston, Nebraska, hereafter referred to as the bank, from an order of the district court for Douglas county, overruling the receiver’s objections to the claims of W. J. Kennedy et ux., based upon certificates of deposit, aggregating, with interest at 5 per cent., $21,144.91, *612and directing that said sum be “payable from the depositors’ guaranty fund of Nebraska.”
