MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN E. HOFFMAN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Dorothy Hammermeister (“Dorothy”), former wife of the debtor, Timothy Ham- mermeister (the “Debtor”), has filed a complaint to determine the dischargeability of the Debtor’s obligation to pay one-half of Dorothy’s $400 monthly mortgage payment (the “Mortgage Obligation”). Dorothy seeks a determination that the Mortgage Obligation, which was imposed by a state court divorce decree (the “Divorce Decree”), is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) and (a)(15).
