OPINION

OLIVER, Judge.

The petitioner filed a habeas corpus petition contesting extradition to the State of New York as directed by a rendition warrant issued by the Governor of Tennessee in response to the New York Governor’s formal request that the petitioner be apprehended and delivered to the sheriff of Che-mung County, New York, for return to that county and state to stand trial upon an indictment charging him with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and also with grand larceny.
