Rudolph and Helen Hutter appeal from an order of the chancery court of Van Burén County enjoining appellants from interfering with appellees’ free use of a prescriptive easement over a roadway across appellants’ land. It is not controverted on appeal that a prescriptive easement in the road existed. The only issue presented is whether the easement had been lost by acquiescence for more than seven years after appellants installed a gate at one end of the road. We find no error and affirm.
