1Opinion of the Court

■ PARKER, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Richard David appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Reena Raggi, Judge) denying his motion to release certain United States savings bonds -owned by him but held by the government. David claims that his right to due process was violated because he was not given an opportunity to be heard within a reasonable time after the seizure of these bonds, and because the district court failed to hear evidence and find facts before rendering a decision. We affirm the district court’s denial of his motion.
