Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (G. Roberts, J.), rendered May 5,1981, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of burglary in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him thereon, is unanimously modified, on the law, by changing the conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree to conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and sentencing him thereon to a term of imprisonment of one year, to run concurrently with the sentence on the burglary count, and the judgment is otherwise affirmed, f As…
