This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the district court of Jackson county appointing an administrator on trial de novo of an appeal from county court.

As an alleged creditor of the estate of F.E. Barrett, deceased, S.E. Hickman, executor of the last will and testament of Charles Munsell, filed his petition in the county court of Jackson county seeking the appointment of an administrator of the estate of the said F.E.
