This proceeding was instituted by a petition of certain, citizens addressed to the Supreme Court, in which, in behalf of themselves and any others who might wish to join in and contribute to the expense of the proceedings, they set forth their reasons for thinking that chapter 727 of the Laws of 1907, entitled “An act to organize the senate districts and for the apportionment of the members of assembly of this State,” which has been revised into sections 120, 121 and 122 of the State Law (Consol.
