Defendants Ashraf Hasan-Hafez ("Hasan-Hafez") and Ilya Kogan ("Kogan") (collectively, the "Defendants") have jointly *129moved this Court for an order compelling the Government (the "Government" or the "United States") to provide a bill of particulars, and to compel the Government to produce certain recently discovered Brady materials.
