| Appellant Curtis Donaldson, age fifty-two, appeals his conviction by a Drew County jury on a charge of harassment, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 5-71-208 (Repl.2005), for which he was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment in the Drew County Jail and fined $1,000. On appeal, he argues that the circuit court abused its discretion by admitting evidence of other allegations of sexual misconduct. He also argues that the circuit court erred when it defined “forcible compulsion” for the jury during the voir dire portion of the trial. We find merit in…
