This matter is before the court on defendant Knowledge Learning Corporation’s emergency motion for a cease and desist order [Doc. No. 9].

Procedural Background

This case, filed on April 11, 2007, is a proposed collective action for unpaid overtime wages under Section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) (“FLSA”) [Doc. No. 1].
