Appellant, Bob Cotnam, Sr., was convicted in a bench trial of defrauding a creditor, a violation of Ark. Code Ann. § 5-37-211 (1987). The trial court suspended appellant’s three-year sentence, and ordered him to make restitution to the victim. For reversal, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motions for a directed verdict, and that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to include restitution as a condition of his suspended sentence. We find no merit in either contention, and affirm.
