W. R. Grace & Co.-Conn. (“Grace”) and Del Taco Restaurants, *424Inc. (collectively “Del Taco”), appeal a judgment, based upon a jury verdict, in favor of Taco Tico Acquisition Corporation, Taco Tico, Inc., George W. Baker, Sr., and R. Gene Smith (collectively “Taco Tico”).
