THIS CASE came before the Court for an evidentiary hearing in this adversary proceeding.

The Plaintiffs, Hillsborough Holdings Corporation, et al., filed a Third Amended Complaint for Determination of Tax Liability and for Determination of the Validity, Extent, and Priority of Liens.
