|gThis is the second appeal in this matter. Defendant, Larry McClure, was convicted for attempted second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. We affirmed those convictions on his first appeal but vacated defendant’s adjudication as a'multiple offender and the enhanced sentence imposed in connection therewith and remanded for resentencing.1 On remand, the trial court held a new multiple bill hearing and found that the state met its burden in showing that defendant is a third felony offender.- Pursuant- to the multiple bill, the trial…
