OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a venue case. The appellee, Corpus Christi State National Bank, filed suit in the county of its residence (Nueces County) against Island Harbor, Inc., a resident of Aransas County and Loyd W. Richardson Construction Corporation, resident of San Patricio County, Texas.
