This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree of the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County.

*905The appellee, State Building Commission, has filed a motion to docket and dismiss the appeal upon the grounds that it is not authorized under the provisions of See. 1148 of the Miss. Code of 1942 authorizing in certain cases appeals from an interlocutory order or decree.
