ALDERMAN, Chief Justice.

Escambia River Electric Cooperative, Inc., seeks review of an order of the Public Service Commission resolving a territorial dispute in favor of Gulf Power Company. We affirm.

Escambia River filed a petition with the Commission under authority of section 366.-04(2)(e), Florida Statutes (1980 Supp.), seeking resolution of a territorial dispute between it and Gulf Power Company.
