Abraham L. Erlanger died a resident of New York county on March 7, 1930. On March 11, 1930, the proponents herein offered for probate his alleged last will and testament. Upon said probate proceedings the respondent herein appeared and filed objections to the probate of said will. The proponents asserted that the would-be contestant was never the wife of the decedent and moved in Surrogate’s Cotut to strike out her objections on the ground that she was not a person authorized to object, and that she had no standing in the case.
