On Feb. 21,1927, plaintiffs, August Valentour and Mary C. Valentour, entered into a written agreement with defendant, *241Constantine Gregory, wherein plaintiffs agreed to sell to defendant certain real estate situate in the City of Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and for which defendant agreed to pay plaintiffs the sum of $25,000 in the following manner, to wit, $500 upon the signing of the agreement, and' at the same time to execute and deliver to plaintiffs judgment notes aggregating $10,000, payable one year from March 1, 1927, and further payment of $500, beginning…
