This was an action of trespass on the case brought by Charles 0. Rowe, Nellie A. Batch elder, R. D. E. Rowe, *552and James E. Rowe against tbe Shenandoah Pulp Company, a corporation, in the Circuit Court of Jefferson county. The plaintiffs, in their declaration, say that tbey were lawful^ possessed in fee of a certain tract of land in Jefferson county, W.
