The appellant was convicted for possessing marijuana and sentenced to five years in the penitentiary. He now appeals.
*953James Stanley was a policeman with the City of Dothan on December 27, 1975. His testimony showed that about 5:00 P.M. that day he saw fresh car tracks going into a field under cultivation and followed the tracks to where a ear was parked.
