— Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 23, 1980, which affirmed the decision of an Administrative Law Judge sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits on the ground that he voluntarily left his employment without good cause. Claimant was employed as a music teacher for approximately eight years when he was absent from work for five days due to an alleged back injury.
