The above-captioned case comes before the court on defendant’s motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (RCFC). On April 9, 2001, the court issued a published decision in this case, finding the defendant liable to the plaintiff for attorneys’ fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (1994 & Supp. IV 1998).
