The petition in this proceeding filed pursuant to Virginia Code §58.1-3984, et seq., by ITT Teves America Automotive, ITT Teves America, and ITT Teves America-Asheville against the Board of Supervisors of Culpeper County, Virginia, seeks the correction of alleged erroneous assessments of certain personal property.
