There is presented here for consideration the question as to whether the intervener-appellee, R. Gr. Popham, “treasurer of the permanent fund of the Iowa Annual Confer ence of the Methodist Episcopal Church,” has properly identified and traced certain trust funds so that they may be recovered from the defendant-appellant, L. A. Andrew, state superintendent of banking, “as receiver of the American Savings Bank of Marengo.” Convenience suggests that hereinafter the appellee should be referred to as the claimant, and the appellant as the receiver.
