GOFF, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is from a decree rendered by the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland against the respondents below for wages due the libelant as master of the steamship Salamanca, as well as for board bills and passage money from the port of his discharge back to the port of shipment. The libelant, who had been master of said steamship more than two years, was discharged at Manila on September 12, 1902. The Lombard Steamship Company, Limited, was the owner of said steamship, and John White was managing owner thereof. The master claimed in his libel…
