Before the Court is Plaintiff Edward Jablonski, Jr.’s Motion to Amend the Final Judgment to Include Prejudgment Interest (Doc. No. 360), filed pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 59(e). Specifically, Jablonski asserts that he is entitled to prejudgment interest on the interim judgment entered on May 5, 2008 in his favor in the declaratory judgment action filed by Defendant St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (“St.Paul”), as well as prejudgment interest on the $126,000 judgment entered in his favor on his counterclaim under Florida’s…
