MEMORANDUM OPINION
JERRY A. BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court on February 20, 2008 on the debtor’s objection to claims 1, 5, 6 and 7, (P-15), and the opposition thereto filed by the creditor who filed claim 5, Roundup Funding, LLC (“Roundup”) (P-17). At the hearing the court sustained the debtor’s objection to claims 1 and 7, and continued the objection to claim 6. The objection to claim 5 was sustained, and the court took under advisement the question of whether Roundup should be sanctioned for filing the proof of claim.
