[¶ 1] Frederick Olson and Leora Rabin appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J. ) affirming, pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 80B, the Town of Yarmouth Planning Board's approval of a site plan application by Portland Cellular Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Verizon), to install wireless communication equipment on a tower and site owned by the Yarmouth Water District.
