Appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (Sharp, J.), sustaining a demurrer to the bill of complaint and dismissing the same.

This suit was instituted in the Court below by the appellants against the appellee corporation for an injunction, upon the allegations and for the purposes set out in their bill of complaint. The appellee demurred to the bill, thu.s admitting the truth of the facts therein alleged as far as the same are well pleaded. The Court below sustained the demurrer and dismissed the bill. This action of that Court is before us for review upon this appeal.
