OPINION
KIRSCH, Judge.
The Indiana Education Employment Relations Board (Board) determined that the Board of Directors of the Madison Area Educational Special Services Unit (Madison SSU) committed unfair practices against Darrell G. Mahoney (Mahoney) in violation of the Certified Educational Employee Bargaining Act, IC 20-7.5-1-1, et seq. (Act). The SSU Federation of Teachers Local 4195, AFT (Federation), Federation president, Connie Griffith (Griffith), and Mahoney (collectively "appellants") appeal the trial court's Judgment reversing that ruling.
