*1028Appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Ralph A. Boniello, III, J.), entered March 21, 2012. The order, inter alia, denied in part the cross motion of plaintiff for partial summary judgment on liability with respect to the Labor Law §§ 240 (1), 240 (3) and 241 (6) causes of action.
