CHESNUT, District Judge.

In this case the Redisco Corporation, a finance company, has petitioned for review of the order of the Referee. The case presents for consideration the comparatively new form of financing regulated by the so-called Uniform Trust Receipts Act which was adopted in Maryland by chapter 268 of the Acts of 1941 and is codified as Article 95i/¿ of Flack’s Maryland Annotated Code, Supplemental Edition of 1947.
