Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Coccoma, J.), rendered December 22, 2008 in Otsego County, (1) upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the third degree, and (2) convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
