OPINION

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of The Board of Commissioners of Clark County (the "Board") on its complaint for injunctive relief. The relief the Board sought and which the court ordered requires the Defendants, who are owners of residential real properties in Medway, to connect their properties to a public sewer line owned and operated by the Board. Summary judgment was granted on the court's finding that all of the counterclaims and defenses raised by the Defendants in response to the Board's complaint for injunctive relief are barred by res judicata.
