300 Ga. 884

FINAL COPY S17A0065. BLALOCK v. CARTWRIGHT. GRANT, Justice. Oscar Blalock sought access to records held by the City of Lovejoy under the Georgia Open Records Act, OCGA § 50-18-70 et seq. (“the Act”).
