MORRISON, Presiding Judge.

The offense is murder without malice under Article 802c, V.A.P.C., with two prior convictions alleged for enhancement; the punishment, life.

The state’s evidence amply established the appellant’s intoxication on the night in question and that while driving his automobile, in which were found numerous bottles of intoxicants, he passed a stop sign and ran into the side of an automobile occupied by the deceased, thus causing her death. The appellant did not testify in his own behalf and only produced evidence that since the collision other and additional warning signs…
