MEMORANDUM ON MOTION TO TERMINATE AUTOMATIC STAY

RICHARD S. STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

On October 25, 2001, JCL Asset Management (JCL) filed a Motion to Terminate Stay, Confirm Foreclosure Sale and Require Debtor to Deliver Possession of Real Estate (Motion). The Motion was amended on November 13, 2001, to identify Bankers Trust Company (Movant or Bankers Trust) as the movant.
