The bill in this cause was filed by the complainants, appellees here, against the Board of Education of Walker County, the individual members of said Board and also against the County Superintendent of Education of said county, seeking to enjoin the respondents from purchasing certain busses to be used in the transportation of school children from various points in the county to the public schools of said county; and to cancel the contract of purchase, and, in an amendment to the bill, to restrain the Board of Education from issuing bonds or warrants for the purpose of…
