This is an original proceeding. Relator City Motor Company seeks a writ of supervisory control or other appropriate writ directing the district court of Cascade County to vacate its order denying relator’s motion for summary judgment under Rule 56, M.R.Civ.P., and to enter in its stead an order granting the motion, all in Cascade County cause No. 73754C.
