Decision on Exceptions to Administrator’s Accounts.

Mr. Banning died in San Francisco, California, August 6th, 1886, leaving surviving him Clara H. Banning, his widow, and Bernhardt Rudolph, his son. On the 30th day of August, 1886, John H. Paty, then a member of Bishop & Company, filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the probate of the will and codicils of deceased, and prayed that letters testamentary issue to the widow and Charles R. Bishop in accordance with the terms of the will; the Court fixed the 28th day of October, 1886, as the day for hearing the petition. On September 21st,…
