This appeal is from a judgment of the Henderson circuit court for $1,960 damages alleged to have been sustained under the following circumstances: Appellee was at the time of the alleged injury, and is now, a corporation created and doing business under the laws of the state of Kentucky, and was then, and is now, in the business of buying, handling, and shipping grain.
